September 2001	Parker Fine Food Services has increased it's sales team in order to deliver a more personal services to it's customers; the three new sales contacts will ensure that the frequency of contact with our customers is increased, delivering a greater understanding of customer needs.
September 2001	Last of the Parker Fine Food Services vehicles are converted over to the Parker Fine Food Services logo. The logo, which was launched in August of last year is now proudly supported across the entire fleet of dual temperature vehicles.
August 2001	Two butchers celebrated 25 years of service and were presented with Gold watches by the Managing Director of Parker Fine Foods, Roger Parker; both Dave Benson and Tom Haggart joined the company straight from college in 1976 and were commended on their work and dedication to the business over the years. Parker Fine Food Services launches a range of chef prepared meal solutions, aimed at the catering market, with versatility and quality in mind; the innovative portfolio includes Terrines, Paupiettes and a selection of gourmet sausages
July 2001	Parker Fine Foods Chinese Pork Kebabs launched into Tesco stores. To compliment the Parker Fine Foods Barbeque Pork Ribs on sale in Tesco since June 2000,Parker Fine Foods have developed a Chinese style, Pork and Pepper kebab targeted at the ever growing barbeque market.
June 2001	Parker Fine Foods Chinese Pork Ribs and Pork Chops launched into Safeway stores.
